WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Most orders are posted same or next day and we post with Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is posted. Lost or stolen package? Please contact Australia Post or you can track your item's on line through their link. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will help in any way we can to solve the problem.

I'm sorry to hear your order didn't work out. Read our return and exchange policy then contact us below.

I THINK ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER.

Oh no! We certainly want you to get everything you ordered. Every order is hand packed . If something is missing we'll be able to help you straight away. Just send us an email and we'll be able to help.

Orders ship quickly and cannot be cancelled once placed. Email us and we'll let you know your options.

MY PET'S COPPER COLLAR LINK HAS BROKEN?

We replace these for free. The reason why it has broken is because of your  pet's safety. We don't want them to be caught up anywhere they can not get out of, so these are designed to break on a 3kg pull. If your pet is a rough and tumble kinda dog then we suggest buying a nylon or leather and copper collar or you can fix a hair laky to the chain for extra assurance.
